Painter/Laborer 1099 position

This painting job is for apartment complexes which include 1-3 bedrooms, there is a set price we pay per unit.
It will be year-round.
If you have experience trashing out units that is a plus as well.
We supply the paint.
You would just need your own materials to paint.
