Join our client as a Clinic Director in Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy to provide oversight and guidance in a supportive environment dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children and teens with autism.
This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure quality standards and progress towards individualized goals.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities ? Provide oversight and guidance of the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic site by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures ? Collaborate with on-site Office Manager to administer the intake/onboarding of new staff and clients ? Review clinical documentation of BCBAs to ensure quality standards are met and client is progressing towards their individualized goal selections ? Act as clinical leadership for BTs/ RBTs/ BCBAs in cooperation with the regional leadership team and the Chief Clinical Officer ? Prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans ? Ensure clinical quality by providing training opportunities and hands-on assistance to clinic staff ? Provide oversight and guidance to BCBAs related to caseload management and RBT assignments Schedule and Shift Details ? Work Monday-Friday, no weekends required!Required High School/GED 2 years in a formal Medical Assistant curriculum, special training for Medical Assistants (2
years) 3 years of demonstrated relevant experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical setting (3
years) Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)About the Company:
