Bachelors Degree in Science based area of study with a minimum of 4/10 years supervisory level exp.
Strong understanding of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Principles. Must be able to distinguish between normal and special cause variation and apply root cause and corrective action plans when a special cause variation occurs.
proficient at turning laboratory data into information in order to make good business decisions.
Familiarity with good manufacturing practices and sanitation systems for cleaning
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Possess understanding of basic change management. Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.
Ability to select, coach, develop, engage and retain a team of employees. Sets expectations for team members, measures performance and creates a sense of urgency.

Experience with Dairy products and or Extended Shelf Life products(Creamers, wipe creams,
Exp with Aseptic products
Experience with food products
Experience with Durable goods
Company is a 300 employee-Unionized Dairy Products Company producing ESL products(Aerosol wipe cream, individual coffee creams used in restaurants)-14 people in Quality- Lab Techs and 4 Supervisors are not unionized
Knowledge of HAACP, FDA, SQF, General food safety helpful!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
